How long do I have to act?
Foreclosure proceedings can take anywhere
from a few weeks to months, depending on your unique situation. We
need every minute of time that we have available to create and enact
a plan on your behalf. One of the advantages of HAA’s system, we
create time to allow you to work out of your dilemma.
How does your "program" work?
We offer creative solutions to everyday foreclosure
problems. We use the judicial process to turn the tables on the
Lenders in judicial states. Our mitigators use legal tactics to put you on a more even
playing field. We will find out if there are any mitigating
circumstances that would warrant a counter claim against your Lender.
These will be discussed with you in your private consultation and in
your custom plan.
How can I get started?
Fill out “online application” on our website and one of our
specialists will contact you quickly. After we've discussed your
situation fully and truly understand your foreclosure problem,
we will present you with several
potential solutions. In other words, we don't have a canned answer
to "How does your program work?” Our "program", so to speak, is to
custom-design a plan that works for you based on your specific
circumstances. Depending on the State your suit is filed in,
response has to be made according to the statutes of each State.
How much does your service cost?
The Initial Consultation and
analysis is free and the complete service depends on your individual
situation. There is no risk to you because we will not offer our
service to you unless we absolutely know we can help you. If we are
unable to work on your case, you will receive a full refund.
